Returns must arrive at our facility within 14 days from your original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Gift Cards
- Sale Items (including items purchased using a discount code)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and will be applied to your original form of payment. The refund can take approximately 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Please mail all returns to the shipping address on the packaged item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. When checking out, please make sure that your shipping information is correct to avoid any delays with your order.
Standard US deliveries are generally delivered within 3-7 business days after being shipped. Standard International deliveries are generally 7-14 business days. Please note that these delivery times listed are only estimations, New Level Sports Performance is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. New Level Sports Performance can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately.
